Frequently Asked Question

The ICES National Training Conference is June 21st thru June 26th, 2021 at Planet Hollywood, Las Vegas Nevada.

Please check your flight itinerary online to make sure your name, date of birth, and arrival/departure times are correct to prevent any last minute travel problems from occurring. ICES provides you a personal item and one checked bag. Any additional luggage you bring will be at your own expense. 

All attendees flying American, Delta or United will need to purchase their bag upon check-in and be reimbursed. 

If you are flying to the national conference you are responsible for your transportation to the hotel and to the airport. It’s at your own expense and your choice of whether to take a shuttle, taxi or uber.

The check is time is 3pm; please do not check-in early as this may result in a fee being added to the ICES account. 

The daily room deposit is $30 per person registered in the room. The deposit is refunded 3-5 business days after checkout as long as no additional charges are incurred.. Standard Wi-fi packages up to two devices included.

Valet Parking will not be refunded by ICES. Please use parking garage. 

The dress code is “summer”  business casual for meetings. However, the Friday night Gala Dinner, Dance & Award Ceremony is Semi-Formal.

for the meetings. no baseball caps, flip-flops, shorts, t-shirts.

June in las vegas is hot. As a friendly suggestion, please pack light summer clothing.
